Jake Harwood, our conference host, is negotiating a group rate with the Marriott hotel near campus--this is also convenient to the meeting rooms and has additional facilities such as a pool and private bathrooms. If you prefer hotel accommodations, please let Jake know soon by email: (jharwood@u.arizona.edu). We can get the best rate on the hotel by guaranteeing them a certain number of room nights, but we need to know the number up front. Don't book the Marriott until you hear more details over email (probably by mid-March). The rate for the Marriott will probably be about $100 a night (plus taxes).
