Renew Your Membership Now! Two-Year Membership Year Starts August 1st!


Membership in the Association provides a subscription to the Newsletter and other various announcements by the Association as well as a discounted registration fee at the upcoming conferences.

Membership runs from August 1st - July 31st and is active for two years.

Rates are as follows (all amounts in U.S. Dollars):

  • Regular Membership $65.00 (U.S.) for TWO years starting Aug 1
  • Student Membership $35.00 (U.S.) for TWO years starting Aug 1

Please complete the MEMBERSHIP FORM and then select one of two payment options (PayPal or Check).
